One Bowl Chocolate Monster Cookies

Don't let the name Monster Cookies throw you. It has nothing to do with scary looking creatures or one-eyed monsters. No, these cookies got their name because of their amazingly delicious, monsterous flavor.

Not only do they taste great, but they are also a lot of fun to make.

Grab one big bowl, all the ingredients, and be prepared to get messy. Because the best way to mix these cookies is with your own bare hands.

Start With Good Ingredients

I have been baking and cooking for years and back in the day, it's sad to say, I never really paid attention to what kind of ingredients I would use. I hate to even say... whichever was the cheapest, that's what I'd use.

But that attitude about foods and ingredients has changed.

I don't necessarily break the bank with what I buy, but I have learned that you get what you pay for. And if you want something to taste good, you want to use good ingredients.

That's why when I'm baking I LOVE to use Rodelle products. Their products come from pure, sustainable farms and the company itself strives to improve the lives of the people and farmers they work with.

Their pure vanilla and organic cocoa powder are my favorite baking products. I've also used their Wassail mix and their brine over the past few years and have enjoyed those too.

I'm a budget-minded girl myself, but I'm honestly telling you, it's worth spending a little extra on good baking ingredients because, with them, your Monster Cookies will taste amazing.

Clean Those Hands and Get Ready

OK. Yes, these cookies taste amazing, but beyond that... they are A LOT OF FUN to make.

Whether you have little kids that you want to encourage a love baking with, or you just want to get a little messy and silly yourself in the kitchen, these cookies are just what you need.

Like I said at the beginning of this post, all the ingredients for this recipe go into one big bowl. And after trying a lot of different types and sizes of spoons, I have learned that getting your own two hands down in the there is the best way to get it all mixed up.

Yes, it's a little messy, but honestly, it's a lot of fun too.

Be Careful Though

As I end this post, I do have to close it with somewhat of a warning.

These cookies have a fabulously, addicting flavor to them, so be careful! Eating just one of them is a very hard thing to do. LOL.
