Little did I know that those simple ingredients would come together to make one of the most delicious veggie burgers I have ever made. Who knew that some sweet potatoes, carrots, and kidney beans could be so tasty.
Nowadays you can walk down the frozen food aisle and find all kinds of different options for veggie burgers. I have my favorites for sure, but when it comes down to having an delicious tasting burger, I prefer homemade.

No preservatives, nothing frozen, just fresh vegetables and whole grains. Plus, putting them together can be fun. A little messy at times, but all in all, something you'll be proud to serve the family.
