Yay for homemade dressing!! I need to get more salads into my life and this sounds like a delicious way to motivate me, haha. <3!!
ReplyDeleteSuch an interesting combination! I have done a lot of balsamic dressings but I haven't thought about using mayo. Sounds so interesting. Saved that one :)
ReplyDeleteThis does sound easy and delicious! How long does the dressing last? I go through spurts where I eat salad every day then I get tired of it. lol
ReplyDeleteI love, love, love homemade dressing. This sounds delicious!
ReplyDeleteCreamy and dairy free? This I GOTTA try. I'm always looking for flavourful salad dressings, so thanks for the recipe!
ReplyDeleteSure thing Abbey. Yes, it's definitely creamy and even with no dairy.. it's still very flavorful!
ReplyDeleteThanks Rachel. I hope you get the chance to try it out!
ReplyDeleteI tend to go through my dressings pretty quick, but I'm thinking with the vinegar you would be safe for about two weeks I'd think. The minced garlic will get a bit more pronounced, but that's a good thing in my opinion. LOL! Enjoy.
ReplyDeleteIt really does make it quite creamy and if you use a vegan one, you can stay away from dairy if need be. If not, go for the regular! ;-).
ReplyDeleteHa ha. That's how it works for me. When I notice I'm getting in a salad slump I start to make dressings to entice me. LOL!
ReplyDeleteThis dressing sounds so delicious! It's definitely so easy to make at home. So much better than store-bought!
ReplyDeleteHomemade dressings are not only a lot easier than people think but they taste so much better too. This looks great!
ReplyDeleteI love homemade dressings so much more! I love how you made this dairy free.
ReplyDeleteThanks Emily. It's really delicious and you won't miss the dairy at all.
