Mini Meatloaves - 5 Different Ways For Herbivores & Carnivores

Once upon a time, there was a King and Queen who loved each other very much. The King, however, loved to eat meatloaf. REAL meatloaf made with real meat. Not the 'veggie' kind the Queen preferred to dine on. So, the Queen, because she loved the King so, set out to make a recipe that would work for both of them. She, in all her richly talents, came up with five different ways to make delicious mini meatloaves that would satisfy everyone's taste buds.

You too can me these royal mini meatloaves, or you can even just make them as one big loaf. It's all up to you. Either way, I have included both the plant-based and the meat-based recipes for you to pick from.

Meat Eater & Plant Eater Approved

That's what I love about this recipe.

Both meat eaters and plant eaters can make this recipe with ease. It's simple to follow, packed with flavor and the five different ways to cook them up will not only work for both dietary choices but will give everyone's tastes buds a delicious workout.

Size May Matter

Did I really just say that?

Yes, yes I did, but follow me here.

What is cool about this recipe is that you can make them as the regular size, one flavored meatloaf, or, if you want to shake things up a bit, you can cook these up in muffin tins and add the different seasonings in each one!

How cool is that?

You can do five different ones, five, all the same, three of one kind, two of another, 1 of one kind, four of another...

Well, you get my drift. There are endless possibilities.

It's all your choice.

Make Ahead and Freeze

If I'm on my game and have time to make these ahead of time, I do it.

This way I can make BOTH the meat lover version and the plant-based version on the same day, freeze them either as a whole loaf or as mini meatloaves, and pull them out when we are ready!

A super delicious meal, ready and set to go!
