Everyone, young and old loves a good popsicle, right? I mean, when the summer heat hits, we all want a tasty way to cool down. So, that's why I've put together these SUPER easy recipes for delicious Nice Cream Popsicle's that everyone will enjoy.

This is a sponsored post with Barlean's and Zoku's. All thoughts, opinions, and recipes are 100% all mine.

Made with Barlean's unique Greens mixes, these popsicles are packed with delicious superfoods that offer so much more than a nice cooldown. Nutrients, Vitamins, and loads of greens, these nice cream popsicles let you and your kids get their daily veggies in the coolest way possible.

Nice Cream Is Really That Easy

If you have never made 'Nice Cream' you are missing out.

It's super easy to make, dairy-free, gluten-free, and you can even change the flavors to suit your taste buds any time of year.

How Do You Make It?

Just slice up a few ripe bananas and place them on a large cookie sheet lined with wax paper.

Place the cookie sheet in the freezer for at least two hours.

Once the banana slices are frozen, you can place them in a food processor, add your favorite liquid and flavorings, and blend.

You can either eat it right then and there, or place them in popsicle molds, like these Zoku ones, and freeze

It's that simple.

One For The Kids - One For The Adults

Well, that's basically the jist of making your basic nice cream, but if you want to really make it exciting, I've got 2 recipes that will help you out.

I've put together a delicious, dairy-free, gluten-free Strawberry Kiwi Nice Cream Popsicle recipe for the kids in the family and an over the top tasty Mocha Chocolate Silk Nice Cream Popsicle for the Big kids.

Big Kids First

Even if we have never met, it won't take long before you learn that I LOVE coffee. So it was only natural for me to put together an adult popsicle recipe using coffee in the mix.

The coffee makes the chocolate in the Barlean's Chocolate Silk Greens pop with flavor.

And guess what?

Not only does it taste great, but it's good for you too. Using fair-trade cocoa, the Chocolate Silk is rich with nutrients and vitamins from all the fruits and veggies packed in there.

Now The Kids Turn

Who says getting your kids to eat their fruits and vegetables has to be hard?

It doesn't have to be if you grab yourself some Superfruit Greens from Barlean's.

I know that sounds like a commercial, but trust me, these fruit/veggies powders are pretty darn awesome. I personally love adding them to my smoothies.

Just like the Chocolate Silk, The Strawberry Kiwi Superfruit Greens are packed with antioxidants and vitamins and minerals.

And when you make them into a DELICIOUS tasting popsicle like these... you're kids won't even know they are eating something good for them.

Nice Cream Popsicles

  1. Place frozen bananas and coffee in a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Add in scoops of Chocolate Silk and pulse until blended well.
  4. Spoon or pour the mixture into popsicle molds ( I used Zoku Molds)
  5. Place in the freezer for a few hours or until frozen through.
